Hi,
You can speak with customer service and ask about your account preferences and if your phone has call and text blocking facilities and the cold call number shows add that to it.
Also. TPS registering with may help.

Just answer one of the calls, explain that you don't want them and ask for them to be stopped. It's worked for me in the past and I haven't heard anything since. Be careful about stopping texts as there will be ones you do want to receive (confirmation of account changes if you make any, over inclusive allowances etc) and not all the systems are separate. I just ignore anything that's not relevant to me at the time.
