This is to inform you that some Vodafone number 9735823367 & 9609389613 are eve-teasing me dealy it is my request please do some thing for me

Vodafone UK won't be able to do anything about a Vodafone Essar number.  Its unlikely Vodafone Essar would be able to block a number at network level.

 

As a Vodafone Essar customer, you are going to have to contact them direct.
