Newby to Community. I got an email over 2 weeks ago offering early upgrade on pay monthly. 6 upgrade attempts and two complaints later I'm no further forward. Is there a complaint escalation process as I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the Specialist Care Team who have been terrible and achieved nothing other than giving me more grounds to complain, including making guarantee that haven't been upheld and failing to call as arranged. Sorry to be in this position and am now concerned at possible data protection breach as I got a delivery text with someone else's details on this morning from Vodafone.
