I just signed up on a sim only red entertainment plan and cannot get the Spotify pack without being prompted t pay. I've called 4 times, been promised callbacks and not received any. Tried again today and was on hold and had to hang up. Can somebody please resolve this. I left Vodafone partly due to customer service but rejoined when my new provider had poor coverage but am disappointed to have further problems and no follow up on promises to resolve.

If you are already a Spotify customer and have a Spotify entertainment included with your new contract, you will need to cancel your existing subscription. The current subscription will run it's course until the next renewal date, after which time you will be able to opt in to the new subscription by texting Entertainment to 97613 to requent the SMS link.

If you continue to have opt in problems, please get in touch with Vodafone, they will be able to get your Spotify working.

I'm not a subscriber and have rung multiple times and promised it will be sorted and I'd get a callback but nothing
