i have already got a vodafone ongoing ombudsman complaint from last year and surprise surprise i have had the same problems during upgrading this year. My compaint has been escalated from tier 1 straight to tier 2 aand i was told yet again for probably the 50th time i would get a call back and as usual its now been 2 weeks and no call backs. ive even chased it up and and was told i would get a call back and still waiting. someone explain to me why im paying for 6 contracts to vodafone from my hard earned money!?

Hi there,
You have an ongoing ombudsman complaint from last year? Why is it still open?
But back to your point, I'm not sure from your post what is going on but you should take a look at vodafone.co.uk/complaints - there's a phone number on there and it's staffed by people who really want to get your issue resolved at first point of contact. That would probably be your best course of action.

thanks for the reply
but the complaint was recently raised and i was made out to be a liar even though i have seen the notes in store myself (that would make the complaint from a reject to an uphold).
and ive done vodafone.com/complaint. my complaint is already raised. the website would mean reraising my complaint. someone is investigating it in UK head office and as usual no callbacks as promised.
