Connection going down - how many times a day is acceptable?

So, what is an acceptable amount of times for a broadband connection to go down?

Right now, I'm on at least once a day (average). In fact going back from today:

27-11 11:50

26-11 21:50

26-11 20:20

26-11 16:20

23-11 20:56

22-11 11:56

21-11 23:05

21-11 20:49

Personally I find once a day unacceptable, just wondered what Vodafone's stance on all this was. As nobody (yet) is willing to give me the details required for me to use known good modem/router, I just wondered if Vodafone found this amount of disconnections acceptable?
