If as you say there's nothing in the settings and this has not updated automatically I'd suggest giving the Broadband Team a call.

Why do you have these forums? They seem pointless - the stock answer always seems to be call support which in my experience is a less than pleasurable experience...

This is a customer to customer help support forum.
More often than not another member can help and advise.
If a person has exhausted the normal customer service route i.e. Customer service via a call and or Live Chat then come back to the forum and the Vodafone Tech Team here can usually step into try and help too.
