Hello, please can anyone advise on the following. We cancelled our Vodafone broadband account during the 30 day cooling off period , received a letter confirming the cancellation of the service and advising us that the amount due would be zero.  However upon checking my bank account I see that 63.44 has been taken via direct debit, obviously I need to query this however  I have lost my login details , does anyone know a number that would get me through to the correct department so that I can seee what it is I have been billed for, thank you

If you go to the contact us page and follow the option for Vodafone Broadband it'll give you information at the bottom of the page for Live Chat and also a phone number contact.

Hi @scotty66

You also have the avenue to speak with your own Banks Customer services to enquire about the Direct Debit Guarantee to have the funds returned to your account.

Hi @scotty66

Providing you have not cancelled your direct debit leaving Vodafone without an account to repay the amount, this will be credited direct to your bank account within the next 30 day.

As this is not a direct debit error, it's unlikely the bank will be in a position to invoke the direct debit guarantee.

If you use live chat, they will be able to confirm this for you.
