dear vodaphone,
please can you let me know the internet connection speed iwill get at BT49 9HX
i need to know the upload speed and the ACTUAL download speed not the advertised figures please

Your eforum log in and your website / Vodafone online log in are completely separate.
If you are having problems logging into the website please follow the "Forgot my password / username" prompts on the login page.
With regards to broadband not being available in your area, the best way forward is to call our team directly 08080 034 515.

i just wrang the technical help people the computer is up and running right now so touch wood it lasts but my login name and password i have no idea about as it keeps wanting to send me an sms text message for verification but i dont have a mobile fone yet

why wasnt i told this when i was trying to sign up for the service?
i need to change my user name and password

You're on an LLU 21CN exchange so that is really very bizarre. I've checked an address on the postocde and their checker is coming up with a speed and saying I can order.
