Consistently poor speeds despite multiple "fixes" and 75mps Fibre...hah!

I've currently been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get through to customer services again as my broadband is still only getting speeds of 1.68mbps. This is the 3rd time ive tried getting through and the 4th time ive spoken to vodafone via livechat and i still have terrible speeds. At what point can i cancel my contract as i am not getting the speeds i am paying for and it is practically unusable? The only way i've been able to post this message is by using my phone's 4g!

Same issues here. Currently on hold for over 30 mins. Not good at all.

Ive Just spoken to someone after waiting 40 mins on hold, they tested my line and told me everything was ok and that the problem must be self generated. Can’t test router with wired connection so no further help offered. Great job Vodafone.
