Hi,
Your right they are available between 8am and 9pm. I wonder if all the agents that were available, were with customers.
Live Chat is best accessed via a computer with no pop up blockers turned on. Leaving the chat window open until an agent becomes available.
Is there anything we as fellow customers can help and advise with.
