Content Control Removal...unable To Use Standard Routes

I've copied another posters post here as its the same, but basically I have tried the sticky info using account, and dosent complete,
tried contactus link and it didnt form a page
tried the sticky about contact us for this problem specifically and that gives a red line saying cannot do it....
very frustrating when none of the systems work, Hoping a mod can contact me directly and sort this for me , were snowed in (ish)LOL and need lottery

Exactly the same for me.... I've wasted half a damn day on this due to the ###### connection...the constant dropping out of forum... needing different emails because I have another acount etc tec tec AAARRRGGGHHHh...

so have tried the account and it says as above... tried contactus and link didnt open.... tried the sticky contact us for this specific problem and at least that came up, but when filled in it said unable to again..GRRR
so many ways of doing one thing and none of them work....

will start a new thread so hopefully a mod sees it, glad im not the only one, but that dosent help either of us
