Hi i phoned up on Friday too buy out of my line earlie and pay the termination charge to then upgrade to the iphone 6.
I didnt recieve any email of confirmation too confirm the order nor no text.
I then phoned vodafone up on the saturday morning and she said that id recieve the order Monday
so i phoned up this morning and now some1 has said that the order did not get proccessed and that the order needs to be replaced but then the line cut out
So i re phoned back and anoher lady is saying i will get it by 8pm but when asked for a consighment number she said their isnt one
I being messed around and its irrataiting me how my price plan has changed but no phone has been recieved
