Hi
My SS1 (serial number 21196773309) has stopped working for about a week. I have done multiple resets on both SS and phones but none of the Vodafone phones are getting a 3G signal. I have had the SS for about three years without any issues.
I also have an EE femto and this is working fine

I'd appreciate any help with trying to sort this as it is becoming a bit frustrating now

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
