Hi
This is a help guide I have written which explains which department to ask for - i.e 'Vodafone Credit File Support Team' - and how to add a 'Notice of Correction' via Experian. It is Free to add the Notice of Correction. This gives you the tools to add notes on your Credit File to explain why the Default is showing.
It would only be worth adding this if you think the default is wrong and shouldn't have been applied. Please take into consideration that a Default will only be removed if it was reported on your Credit File incorrectly. This is why it's always important to speak with Customer service first to clear up why this has happened before the Credit File Support Team can help.

@zonk there are members of the eForum team who are specialy trained to deal with these situations. If you sit tight they will be in touch as soon as they can and help you get to the bottom of this one.

@zonk Sorry to hear about this. I've sent you a private message with details of how to get in touch.

@zonk Please check your inbox again, it should be there now.

I can see it now.
I have sent all information as requested.
However after I have submitted the form, I was not taken to a 'Confirmation Page' but to the main "http://www.vodafone.co.uk/" page.
Is this expected? Can you check whether the form was submitted correctly?

@zonk You should get an email confirmation with a reference number if the form submitted successfully. Did you get one of these? (it might be in junk) If not submit the form again and if needed again and again until you get a confirmation email.

I have now submitted again and did get to a 'confirmation' page and a confirmation email.
The only thing I can think of is that if copy/paste the email address in the email field, it gets highlighted yellow. If you delete a letter and type it back it is no longer yellow, and the form is submitted OK.
If you submit it with email field 'copy/pasted' (i.e. background yellow). You will not get any type of warning, but will be taken straight to the vodafone homepage, and form is not submitted which is very poor.
Vodafone - do forward this information to your web devs and they should be able to fix it.

Well spotted @zonk!
