I topped up my dongle on 16/09/12 with £15 as normal and then used the internet.
When I came to use it on 17/09/12 (am), it told me I needed to top up again. I checked my balance and it told me I had 2GB of data. I tried again, but it still came up with the Vodafone top up page.
I phoned customer services and they took a look at my account and they corrected the problem and when I checked the balance, it said I had 2GB and it let me use the net.
However tonight, I have listened to my internet radio station and used 175mb of data, but when I checked my balance it still says I have 2Gb of data left.
Could someone please and make sure everything is OK? My dongle number is (removed for customer security)!
