Hi,
Are you using the most up to date version of the apps.
Have you tried deleting the apps and re downloading them. This should then allow the most updated version to download,and help clear cached data. I'm not sure if that woukd delete any snapchat conversations.

Do you know anybody else on Vodafone having this issue?
I can’t see any options to completely limit data on the mobile network on the Youtube app.
I’m not a Snapchat user myself so I can’t check that app.
Have you noticed if this happens in any one particular area?
