De register Sure Signal for ex Vodafone Customer

I disconnected from Vodafone a while ago but forgot to de register my Sure Signal.
Can someone please contact me from Tech Team so that I may send all personal info.

I did as requested, got a pm, followed the link to contact you with all my details.
I then get an e mail back saying " we don't use that email address anymore, to contact us..... "

Please clarify whether message I sent got through, subject WRT 165

The message will not have got through.  Try sending it again,  make sure you use the code in the subject line without spaces or additional characters. Only use that code in the subject line.
