De register SureSignal but I can't remeber who registered it

Hi, Please help. I have a SUreSignal that I need to de-register but over the course of the last couple of years I have created several different accounts to manage various things. I have tried a couple of the accounts I can recall but can you please help me de-register by telling me who it is assigned to or even the Postcode so that I can recover the account details to de register. The Serial no is 21223494028.

I have physical acces to the Suresignal so if there is a reset proceedure otherwise to deregister that would be good.

We can only de-register the Sure Signal for the owner of the unit.
