 Hello I saw on my experian credIt check I got oustanding balance 648 so iwent to the shop and ask them about this debt and they told they dont have me in their file so what can I do in this case.thank you

Hi there yes im remembered I was having contract with vodafone but it was around 6 years ago now I check my credit score I showing I got debt with vodafone so   dont know what can I do now 

What date is on the debt? The date of default? It'll stay on your file for six years after that date.

1/12/2012 when im calling the vodafone so they tell me they dont have my name and details in their file so know I dont know what I have to do because the debt show me on my credit score and show me there is outstanding debt with vodafone and also I call the customer service and thet didn't find my there .

Was the contract with Vodafone UK ?

Or was it with another countries Vodafone Network  ?

Have you received any debt letters from a Debt Collection Company  ?

Try speaking with Experian to see if they can help. 

Ask family, friends or work if they have anything with your mobile number on. Your works H.R may have this number still on your previous employee records. 

Check your email address inbox and or recycle bin or other folders to see if there is any old Vodafone communication in there.

Hello yea I'm remember this contract but yes this contract I took ib here in UK and now I want to pay and I need to find they way to pay this of.
