Hoping someone can point me in the right direct and/or advise the correct number to call.
I had an issue with Vodafone when i cancelled a Pay monthly Contract in October 2015. Despite having made several telephone calls plus on-line chats, the contract was never cancelled properly. The direct debit cancelled. No contact from Vodafome until i then received a debt letter in October 2016. I hit the roof and again it took me till January this year for someone in Vodafone to admit that my account had been caught up in the fiasco of their system change over and that my account would be dealt with and cancelled properly.
So I check my credit file and notice there is now a default marker from Vodafone. I need to speak to someone to get this removed.
Can someone kindly advise the department I need to speak to as I have today been passed to 3 different departments and then cut-off.

This is a help thread I wrote which may hold some information for you > Default-on-your-Credit-File-And-How-to-add-a-Notice-of-Correction.
Alternatively Vodafone Social Media Team here read all posts and help where they can so please let them catch up with your post and I'm sure that they will help you with this situation.
