Hi, I entered into a payment plan with Vodafone due to loss of employment, I was billed incorrectly and vodafone could not assist - advised me to go to the Ombudsman which I did do. My acocunt was placed on hold. During the Hold period Vodafone incorrectly registered a default on my CRA and charged be £290. they are refusing to remove this although noted in error. This has been ongoing for 4 years and Vodafone will not help. Any advice appreciated.
