Deleting Old My Vodafone Account

I have an old My Vodafone account, that I no longer use, which is linked to my email. I have a new pay monthy plan with a new number and would like to make a new My Vodafone account for the new number. As my email is already associated with my old account, I would like to delete the old My Vodafone account, so I can use the email for the new account.

From my understanding of this @gashhashyash64 once an email address has been associated with a myvodafone account, then if a person needs to set up a new myvodafone Account then a new email address and password has to be chosen.

That said it wouldn't harm to ask customer service on 191 or Live Chat.

It's certainly possible to get your online account deleted.  It was a long time ago, but this was done when I transferred ownership from my business to personal.   On that occasion, I was wanting to use a different email address, but I'd assume that you could use the same one as long as the old account has completely cleared.   I was advise to wait 24 hours for that.
