I need to deregister my Sure Signal device but I no longer have access to the vodafone account to do this. My old login details no longer work, so I'm unsure how to do this. Any help would be grateful.
If the account, against which the device was registered, was in your name, you will need to call customer services on 191 and ask them to deregister it for you. Make sure you have details about the account handy when you make the call.
