Desperate to get my sure signal v3 working

Please can anyone help me. I am desperate to be able to make phone calls. I bought a sure signal on the advice of a VF customer service person. It worked for half an hour. For five days I have been trying to get technical support from vodafone and Talktalk. The most I'm getting is a slow flashing Internet connection light and a solid power light.
This is really getting me down and I need someone to help me sort it out. ( tried port forwarding, whatever that means) I thought the sure signal was a simple plug and play item otherwise I would not have bought it.

I can see the Sure Signal has connected since you posted. Is it working now?

 

If not, we'll need a few more details to look into this for you:


 - Your speed test results from here.

 - Your ping test results from here.

 - Your external IP address from here.

We'll also need the results of a traceroute:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:
 - Click on Start and select Run
 - Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
 - A black box will appear.
 - In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
 - Paste the output of this command into your reply.

Thanks for your reply.
So far so good with my SS. I have spoken to a tech adviser at Talk talk and he seems to have done something to get the SS going. The first morning after it started working I had to reset it again as the power light was flashing but since then it has been working well.
I wish it was easier to sort out but we seem to have got there in the end thank you.
