A Google Search does not return anything conclusive that I can see. Perhaps double check.

May I ask what the content of the text is ?
Check your myvodafone too just incase any unwanted charges have been applied. Take a close look at your bill when it's been processed.
If this was my situation and the text has no relevance to me I'd add it to my phones blocking feature.

Unless you have been charged for receiving the texts, the best thing to do is t delete and ignore the message.
Premium rate short code numbers are 5 digits.
The only other thing is Vodafone Customer Service number is 191 from the phone.
In what way are they dodgy?

If it's personal info in the text like you say then it may be someone using a 'web to text' service hence it coming from a short code.
I'd just block and ignore.
