Hi, Several times now I have received a message from vodafone when logging on requesting that I update my software, The problems that when I try to do that the operation is aborted with a message that windows does not recognize the supplier. I am given the option to continue, but this also is failing,
I have recently switched from Vista to Windows 7 and this is the first download I have received, The update is dated February 2012. Can you advise me what to do please?

I had this happen ... the installation kept failing.
I ended up selecting 'download only' so as to get the installer package and then deinstalling the old Vodafone software and installing from the downloaded package as if it was a new install.
