I completely understand your frustration here.
I’ve looked into this (ref: 1955120) and can see that the work is still ongoing.
The latest update says that the estimate date of arrival for the parts is the 8th March 2010.
I don’t have any further updates other than this however as soon as the parts are received, the engineers will then be able to visit the site to fix the problem.

Hi cyndy,
The new parts were fitted on the 8th, but it was noted that 3G is still showing alarms for degraded signal, so the case for this fault has not been completely closed. Needless to say we are still working to restore full service, but we are getting there!
