I ordered a new iphone6 in store at the weekend, had an email saying that the order had been declined. I suspected my details had been entered incorrectly in store when the order was put throgh so I re-ordered on line.
However had emails confirming both order have been confirmed....I need to cancel one of these but can't find a suitable contact route on here - live chat offline, telephone can't use my orange phone to call!
