Have checked v/f list but cannot see that it is compatible with windows 7.Latest win.7 upgrade advisor states that new software is available but I cannot find it.

Hi DAVID425ROB,

VMC and Windows 7 should work fine automatically, however there has been a few minor problems we’re aware of.

Don’t worry though, check out the above link for our Vodafone Business site which details these problems and the solutions we’ve found. :)

With some of the problems that some of the members have had with the k3565 I was concerned about upgrading to win.7 as this is my only internet connection at the moment I have it already to use so I will have to take the plunge and hope for the best,

Have at last upgraded to 32-bit winds. 7 from vista,I kept the 9.3 ver.no massive problems still get the internet,just a very small problem it will not display my balance and does not show the modem number --could someone tell me how to put that right--------------thanks

A good question and my techy bods reliably inform me that if you install VMC 9.4.4.

This has been tested in the office with no faults.

Let me know how you get on with it. VMC 9.4.4 can be downloaded from here!

seem to be having trouble d/loading the comp.file ,I have winzip and have tried open and save but they state I keep getting a bad download ,is it just a question of keep trying!

Tried another browser but still having problems with the zip file,but I uninstalled and reinstalled the 9.3 version and now everything works okay I can even get my balance,so I will stick with this for the moment,I may still have a go at the zip now and again.
