Is it possible to order a SIM card outside of the UK? For example requesting it to be send to Portugal.

Hi. No sims can only be sent to a UK address.

If you have friends or family here you could get it sent to them and they could activate it in the UK and send it on to you.

If you are coming to the UK they are readily available at lots of shops.
