Probably my problem is similar to you. One of my valuable email messages is disappeared from Inbox Folder on MS Outlook in my iPhone 6s, I thought it was a problem of phone, I restarted it and tried to search message, but I didn't have any success. I want to get it back in few days.

How many weeks' worth of emails have you got your phone set up to sync?

If you go to:

• Settings
• Accounts & passwords
• Select your email account from the list
• Go to the 'Mail Days to Sync' option at the bottom
• If it's only set to '1 week' then the phone will only pull the last seven days worth of emails to your device. If you want older emails you can change the setting to 2 weeks, 1 month or no limit.

If this still doesn't resolve it then it's likely a problem with your email account rather than the phone. See if you can view the same email on the desktop version of your account.
