Using a Lumia 630 after set up trying to send/ receive emails I get told that my user name or password aren't correct. I've changed the password and am sure details are now correct but still ther problem persists. Whats the enswer?

If you're still getting errors relating to incorrect username/password combinations, try signing in using your web browser to confirmt he details are correct. If you're still getting errors after that you could try contacting microsoft answerdesk https://support.office.com/home/contact and they could look into you account to make sure there are no issues.

Still no pogress, seems the problem may be I have my user name on phone in lower case instead of capitals, cant seem to change it. Any ideas?
