End of Sim Only contract & Wishing to upgrade to a new Sim Only deal

Hello I wonder if anyone can help me.

 

I've been on a half price 12 month Sim Only plan for about 11 months now and the contract commitment is due to totally end inside of the next couple of months.

 

New Sim Only customers are being offered better deals then I'm on now my half price terms are about to end but I'm only able to uprgrade to a new pay monthly + phone bundle (24months) via my vofdafone account..

 

Is there anyway I can upgrade to one of the new Sim Only plans for another 12 months or is my only option to upgrade to the more costly 24 month pay monthly option?

 

(PS I want to keep my number so dont want to have to cancel and sign up again fresh for sim only)

I would suggest speaking with the retention department as close to the end of your term as poss. 

 

Call 191 and choose thinking of leaving.
