It can depend on where you took the modem from as to how it gets cancelled.
If you ordered it over the phone or on the internet you can return it to us within 7 days to cancel the commitment. If you purchased this through the store, you can exchange faulty equipment at the store within 28 days.
Our Coverage Checker can show the predicted coverage in your area, but we can't check inside each building to see if the signal will be the same for you.
Can you tell us where you got the modem from and what lights you get when you're trying to connect at home? We'll then be able to take a closer look at the connections for you.
