Hi stacey....

It can depend on where you took the modem from as to how it gets cancelled.

If you ordered it over the phone or on the internet you can return it to us within 7 days to cancel the commitment. If you purchased this through the store, you can exchange faulty equipment at the store within 28 days.

Our Coverage Checker can show the predicted coverage in your area, but we can't check inside each building to see if the signal will be the same for you.

Can you tell us where you got the modem from and what lights you get when you're trying to connect at home? We'll then be able to take a closer look at the connections for you. :)

Cheers, Helen

Hi Stacey,

Thanks for getting back to us on this, if the dongle has a fault then it can be returned to your Local Vodafone Store within the first 28 days.

As you have not provided us with any further information on this potential network issue, I will take it that your mind is made up on this and you will be returning the dongle, which is a shame.

If you do have a change of mind, please let us know as we would be more than happy to help,

Kind regards

Andrew
