I feep getting the following message when I try to make an outgoing call on my iphone from home: connection to this number is restricted on this phone, please contact your customer care agent.
This only happens in the house, and no-one seems to be able to resolve the problem

Just as a another process of elimination can you insert your sim card in another phone and make a call from home please.

Although it's strange that you only get that message when at home, it usually means there is an issue with your account and you need to contact Vodafone. If you are pay monthly, the first thing to do is to make sure your payment has gone through from your online account.
As you have already contacted Vodafone, the best thing to do is to wait for one of the Team to contact you, they will be able to access you account and find the reason for the message.
