My Suresignal box arrived today, and it appears to have succesfully been set up. However, when I try to add my mobile phone number I use for work, I get an error message stating Sorry there appears to be a problem, we're working hard to fix this issue...... etc
Can someone help me to solve this please?

Hi,
If you've just registered then I think it can take approx 24 hours.
Try clearing your caches and cookies and or try another browser.
I think you also need to ensure your the administrator.
You could speak with Live Chat , link in my signature below and use a Computer to see if they can help adding another Vodafone number.
