Sure Signal no In Use Light

My SureSignal v3  doesn’t seem to allow my phone to connect to it.  I have a solid Power light, Solid White Internet light, Solid White In Service light but nothing on the the In Use light even when I am on a call.

 

I had issues last year when I first got this, and tried plugging it in again yesterday.  I have done a factory reset based on comments in another thread, and waited an hour for it to restart.  But still no In Use Light.

 

Interestingly I seem to be having better signal today - I wondered if the phone could be using the Sure Signal and perhaps the light is broken?

 

The standard test results are shown below.  My phone is registered to the Sure Signal

 

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I don't know if its conincidence or because some nice person from Vodafone read this thread, but the In Use light has started coming on and off just now, and when I made a call it went on solid.. :Smiling:
