Hi @Lauramac24

Usually a person has to send the 1st phone back and the account returned to pre upgrade status or if it’s a new account reset.

Then start again.

The 30 day Network Satisfaction Guarantee comes into play.

Occasionally Vodafone can do a doorstep swap.

As the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ have only really just been launched there will still be some delays I imagine on available units especially the + model as it always seems to be popular.

Online stocking levels can change quite fast which is why i suggest using a Vodafone Highstreet Store to take out new contracts or upgrading in the first instance.

I hope you get your iPhone ASAP.

Just to add sometimes it’s the colour and or Gb Storage Capacity that can affect timeframes.

If you pop onto the Vodafone Online Shop site and look at the models it’ll tell you what the current timeframes are. Last time I looked some were 1-2 weeks.
