I pre ordered note 8 .on business premier for peace of mind locked to Vodafone requested again and again to unlock it for my main SIM usage but was asked to wait 30 days.
I used it on WiFi. Today got it unlocked and during a call no voice is getting through
I will see what Vodafone can do about it.
Otherwise bye bye business premier and Vodafone

The unlocking process shouldn't have affected the phone.
I personally would try backing up and factory resetting.
If that does not help and it's 100% not the sim card or Network masts where you are then Vodafone should swap it out under their Network Satisfaction Guarantee which is 30 days.
Unfortunatley as they only supply network locked phones you'd most likely have to go through the process to unlock it again by using the sim card in it and then re request the unlock unless the original code still works !

If you are on a Business Premier contract and have a faulty phone, Vodafone will get a replacement phone out to you within 4 hours. If you contact your Business Manager, this will be arranged. There is further information for you below.
Not sure of the return period for business contract, unlike consumer contracts, there is little or no return period.
Unfortunately, the forum do not have access to business accounts and you will need to contact Vodafone Business direct.
