This is my first time as a Vodafone customer & will be the last. Anything goes wrong, its impossible to talk to anybody In fact you do end up talking to c6-8 different people at the overseas call centre - I'm sure its a plan to wear you down and make you give up.

Do not in any circumstamces sign up to Vodafone mobile WiFi sevices. Just been caught out on the near criminal £25 a GB charge they make for over contract use.

I joined signed up with Vodafone on teh 8th March, my number was meant to be ported from mt old network.I have had my number since 1995 and rely on it for work. I am still waiting for it to be ported relying on pay as you go sims from other networks.. After a litany of mistakes, incompetence. I have come to the conclusion that Vodafone really dont care about their customers. I have given up trying to speak to them over the phone, instead I am going into the shop where I originally signed up. Their help is limited. No one has even bothered to apologise for the shoddy, appalling way I have been treated! My advice is DON"T go to Vodafone!

So if you get towards the limit of your data, Vodafone sends a text to warn you to the mobile wifi device. What use is that? Given Vodafone is a "mobile" phone company, it cannot be beyond them to send the message to another mobile device, ie the mobile you actually use?
