I topped up my mobile broadband a few weeks ago. I purchased a 1GB 30 day pack for £10.00 . I used this for about a week, but then found I couldn't access the internet. Every time I tried to access, I was taken to the 'how to top up' page, so assumed I had used all of my 1GB allowance. I bought another pack for £10.00, but still can't access the internet.
I have logged into my account and can see both packs are there.
However, when I checked my credit card statements, found that the payment for the first pack has not gone through, which is probably why my account is blocked.
I did try to get this resolved over the phone, but after ringing three separate numbers and eventually getting to speak to an advisor, was advised to remove the dongle, wait 5 minutes and try again. Needless to say this didn't work, and didn't fancy the hassle of phoning again.
Have vodafone got an email address we could use for problems ?
