Holiday to Portugal

Appologies in advance for asking this but ive read most of the posts about this and the answer seems inconclusive.

I have a flat in Portugal which I live in for several months of the year.  I have just  bought an unlocked HUAWEI E5331 from ebay.

My questions are:-

1. Can I buy a data sim card for this from a portual Vodafone shop?
2. Will it work in this device?
3. What are the costs for mobile data in portugal with a local card?

You'll need to go into a local Vodafone store to get some advice.
