My Sure Signal 3 stopped working a week ago after 18 months of reliable service. I have spoken to both Vodafone support and my ISP support - they both refer me to the other party so I'm going round in circles without much progress. I've tried the obvious things like resetting the VSS and restarting the router.
Lights: Flashing Red, Off, Stable Orange, Stable Orange
Speed: Upload 30 Mbits, Download 19 Mbiits, Ping 31 ms (this was across WiFi, I normally get 80 Mbits across ethernet)

@chayes - I’m sorry for the delay, I’ve just reached your post.
Your Sure Signal hasn’t made contact with the network, since 1.59am on 2 September.
If there aren’t any lights showing still, please try holding the reset button in on the bottom of the Sure Signal.
Following this, if there aren’t any lights lit, it sounds like your Sure Signal is faulty.
With you having it for more than two years, it will be out of warranty. You can see here, for how to replace it.
