Hi,
Please could you remotely reset/resynchronize my SS 3.?
S/N 40133480356
I have been trying to connect since yesterday - have flashing power light and two solid orange lights to the right (phone and signal).
Resetting, unplugging etc makes no difference. I get the power light on, then the white connecting light, then maybe 20s later it goes to red flashing & two solid orange.
I have another SS3 on the same network working fine.

@robs112 I can see you've stated you own two Sure Signal devices. The one you're currently experiencing the issue with, how long has this not been used for?
In our Sure Signal Ts&Cs it states:
