Here we go again! Yet another issue with this absolutely useless piece of kit... Device is registered, Active status, 2 phone numbers added. Red light is solid, the one next to it (Globe) is slowly flashing. I reset it twice, first pressed the reset button for 6 seconds, then released. Second time I pressed the reset button for at least 40 seconds, kept pressing in, unplugged the device, plugged it back in, then released the reset button. Still not working... Restarted my router, not working. And no, it's not going to sort itself out, so could I ask sombody to advice me what to do now, because I'm fed up with this "Not so Sure Signal"... This is the 2nd one that playing up within 3 years...

@matekaneve Thanks for providing those details.
I can see that your Sure Signal has connected to our servers earlier this morning.
If you're still continuing to have issues, please ensure that your device is set up for port forwarding. For further assistance with setting this up, you can speak with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Port forwarding is NOT a solution here! A £70 worth PLUG AND PLAY device should be working right out of the box! A general user should NOT play and mess around with the router settings! I know exactly how to set up port forwarding however I will not touch these settings. It's something that Vodafone has to sort out to enable the device to work with ALL routers without problems! Vodafone has been having problems with the Sure Signal boxes since start and cannot admit ALL devices are FAULTY! Vodafone is still selling them however I'm not going to let them get away with this. My box is in for a repair now that means for 2 weeks I will not have any signal in the house! I have to go outside to make and receive phone calls... Welcome to the 21st Century! All this for £63 a month! That's what I pay for 2 vodafone contracts! Complaint is on the way to Ofcom and I'm waiting for my compensation! At the end of my contract that is up in May next year I will leave Vodafone after 11 years!
