Hi,
Could you please look at the below information and let me know what could be causing the Sure Signal to not connect to the network. I had a working Sure Signal v2 previously which stopped working and the replacement is a v3.

Hi Jack,
Thanks for posting your details.
Your speedtest results are just on the threshold of the minimum requirements. If you've a lot of devices connected tot he internet at home, there may now be enough for the Sure Signal 3 to run.
I've pushed a manual synchronisation through to see if that will help it to connect. To complete it, please hold the reset button for 10 seconds then allow up to an hour for the device to come back online.
If it still doesn't connect, I'd recommend speaking to your ISP about your speed options.
