I was on live chat, to someone called Naina.
And on the phone to Vodafone at the same time.
She told me my phone will be with me in 2 weeks time. as its apple fault for not getting the stock to us.
person on the phone said your phone will be delivered in 6 days as you are on the back order.
so i said on the phone, im on livechat now, an she said 2 weeks to me, so who is lien to me, you or her, and she said she doesnt have the information on the chat to give you the right dates so she is lien to you. i am telling you, will have your phone in 6 days.
if i dont have it in 6 days, ill be leaving vodafone as i have been lied to since the 9th.
now im on hold to the complaints department
Customer Service is a joke.
