on the forum settings page somehow some personal pictures ended up on there.don't know how I did but any way now on trying to change my avatar and to make sure I've deleted the pictures.

On pressing avatar I get this message

As I am not familiar with the new settings I am a bit stuck

I've had the sane kind of issue. 

I believe it's just a few bugs that Vodafone are still ironing out. 

I kept trying to access those settings and eventually I managed to land on the page. 

I needed to change my avatar as my old one saying Lee was squished. 

A person can go into their preferences and make pictures private or public.
