GPRS SIm Cards

Hi, sorry to post this topic on this forum. I don't know what I should do and If someone can help me that would be great.

We are courier company and looking to purchase GPRS Sim Cards (No voice or text package, just 250MB data a month) and these sims will go inside scanners and data will be transfered from scanner to our servers view mobile network. I phoned Vodafone 4 times now and they put me through all different departments and finally I'm going back to department where I started. Can someone advice me how I can order this kind of package and who can help me with it?
